Can We Return The Gift?

Harry Reid says that way back in 2006, after Obama won his senatorial contest (by sending teams of lawyers to attack his opponent, remember), Reid spoke with O about a speech he gave. Reid says he complimented O on the speech. Read Reid’s recollection of the response.

“Reid, D-Nev., writes: "'That speech was phenomenal, Barack,' I told him. And I will never forget his response. Without the barest hint of braggadocio or conceit, and with what I would describe as deep humility, he said quietly: 'I have a gift, Harry."

Wow. That's some serious humility. And he said that without any help from TOTUS.
