Eric Holder is touring Europe begging countries to take prisoners from Guantanamo.

The article mentions detainees from China that critics say should never have been there. I wonder if they are referring to the people that the government of China want to kill, and we could not find any safe place for them to be released to, and wound up keeping them at Gitmo to save their lives.
