Jesse The Joker

Jesse Jackson has decided to become a comedian. Here is his hilarious uptake on the Supreme Court decision on the Connecticut Firefighters in which they overturned Sonia Sotomayor’s decision.

Jesse writes that it’s okay to “inconvenience” white people in order to make up for hundreds of years of past discrimination. You see, if it happened to a person of color, it’s “discrimination” but if it happens to a white person, it’s an “inconvenience.”

Continuing in his satiric vein, Jesse also says that it’s okay to abuse the rights of an individual for the greater good as a whole. He calls abusing civil rights of whites as “paying a price.”

While laughing at the notion that ranking works when assessing qualifications for promotions, Jesse supports a system that automatically adds numbers to a ranking based solely on skin color.

Lastly, Jesse finishes his humorous essay by proclaiming that whites have no “right” to be promoted, only to an opportunity. This is the final paragraph in his joke supporting reverse discrimination, which is a system that seeks to give the “right” to be promoted to hand-picked minorities. Reverse discrimination is not satisfied with equal opportunity, it by definition tries to guarantee the “right” to promotion of which Jesse says he does not approve.
