We Emulate Them While They Want To Emulate Us

Lefties always point to Canada as a great shining example of national health care that we must copy. But while the lefties want us to copy Canada, the Canadians are busy realizing that their system is a failure and trying to copy our system.

Here is an article on private clinics springing up where people can pay for services instead of waiting months for some government hack to approve an MRI.

The scary line (and one that will be seized upon by Democrats gleefully) is this from a typical government goon.

"All they do it take the existing ones out of the public system, make wait times longer for everybody else while people who can pay more and more and more money jump the queue for health care services.”

Can’t you just feel the wealth envy steaming off that quote? People who work hard and can afford care are stealing health care from the poor who deserve it more. That’s why lefties will see to it that it’s illegal for you to pay a doctor to get health care without going through government red tape first.

Write this down. I predict that Obama will use a variation on this quote within, and will do so very soon.
