Now the government has decided in their wisdom that terrorists held in Gitmo have “some” constitutional rights.

Of course, it’s up to the brilliant minds in the administration to decide which constitutional rights these terrorists get, and which ones they don’t.

Consider it On-Job Training for when the administration begins deciding which constitutional rights you and I don’t get.
