This man is an illegal alien.

Along with a lot of his illegal buddies, he has two prior convictions for DUI, for which his license was revoked.

He was in the custody of ICE who turned him loose, along with a half million of his closest buddies.

He got drunk, went driving, hit a car head-on, leaving one nun dead and two others seriously injured.

He will soon be a convicted felon.

Not to worry, Carlos, Eric Holder and Barrack Obama are in your corner and will soon have this little mess tidied right up. I am sure they'll have you back on the streets before November 2nd. Don't forget your voter registration card. Heck, fill out five or six, and take some for your pets and houseplants.

When Does Illegal Mean Illegal?

Federal agents conduct raids and arrest 32 illegal aliens. A federal judge has ruled that four of the illegal aliens, their constitutional rights were violated by the raids.

Illegal aliens. People who broke the law by sneaking into this country from another country illegally. The judge says they have constitutional rights not to be arrested simply because they broke the law. He says the people from another country who snuck into this country illegally have an expectation of privacy in the homes they illegally occupy.

Being An Illegal Immigrant Gives You License To Run Amok

Evidently, it’s now better to be an illegal alien (translation – someone who has already BROKEN THE LAW) than it is to be a citizen, especially if you are living in LA and you commit a misdemeanor offense.

Cut $1, Spend $200

Someone smarter than me has pointed out that the proposed spending cuts in Obama’s budget is less than one half of one percent of his budget. So he increases spending out the wazoo but then “cuts” spending on a tiny portion. The “cuts” aren’t savings at all, they are merely funds shifted to pay for some other program. Plus, these “cuts” are less than half of the cuts proposed by Bush last year. In fact, half of the cuts are the exact same cuts as Bush proposed but were ignored by Congress. Congress usually ignores the proposed “cuts” anyway.

After all that, and adding in the record deficits (you do understand that this president, in just over 100 days, has doubled the amount we owe that every other president combined has given us), and all the media is talking about is the “cuts” in the budget.

Look at it this way. Let’s say you make $1000 every week. You decide that next week, you are going to start spending $1500 every week. Then, after six months, you say to your family, hey, I’m cutting back. I am cutting $20 out of that spending. Of course, I’ll be adding another $500 of new spending as well. But did you see how I am cutting our budget?

All Hail Obama. Let’s just ignore the tax and spend actions, especially when the Big Man himself tells us what to write.

Okay, if some of you don’t completely trust the MSM, here is a look at those “cuts.”

One thing that is cut is the budget for the people who enforce laws on unions. Now that is a cut I believe will actually go through, seeing as how unions own the Democrat Party.

Another cut is money for helping states keep illegal immigrants in jail. Of course we don’t want to put criminals in jail. Why would we want that?

They Do Have Their Priorities

Let me repeat that. The Department of Labor’s main goal is going to be making sure that criminals who are trespassing in our country illegally are getting their full pay.

Another Reason California is Going Broke

The headline states that children of illegal immigrants (that’s criminals who snuck into the country by breaking the law, for those of you who don’t get it) cost the LA county welfare department $44 Million in March.

The truth is that it cost taxpayers, not the government.

What Inspires You To Not Approve Of Criminal Behavior?

The National Director for Immigration for La Raza states that money “inspires” the anti-illegal immigration stands taken by talk show hosts and Lou Dobbs.

Two comments. First, I am neither a talk show host (although I would love the opportunity) nor am I Lou Dobbs. That being said, my “inspiration” for not approving of criminal behavior is my desire for a great, law-abiding country for my children and their children. I have this strange thing in me where I actually want people to not break the law, so call me crazy.

Secondly, I wonder what “inspires” Ms. De Castro to make her race pandering proclamations? I wonder how much she makes as a race pimp? Could money be one of HER “inspirations?”

There is a huge difference between bigotry and disliking lawbreaking, unless you are trying deliberately to tie lawbreaking and those of the Hispanic culture together. I don’t think that is Ms. De Castro’s goal, so let’s assume she is just another of those who thinks if you don’t call it illegal, you can convince the illiterate among us that it’s okay to sneak across the border in the middle of the night.

There is a huge difference between those who came here legally and are producing members of society, and those who snuck here ILLEGALLY, making them criminals by definition, and suck on the government teat, raking in billions of taxpayer largesse.

Napolitano and DHS

Secretary Napolitano caved and apologized to veterans for the absolute junk in the DHS report that claims anyone opposing anything by the administration is a right wing nutjob capable of becoming an extremist at any time, including war vets returning from duty.

While it was most likely not heartfelt, and it was too late (see below), at least this is a small victory over the Socialist forces. We’ll take it.

Now it turns out that veterans were being scrutinized by the administration less than a month after Obama took office as possible extremists. Obama is more concerned with veterans and conservatives than he is with Islamic Terrorists. Go figure.

In latest developments, Napolitano now says the report doesn’t say that vets will be extremists, it says they can be victims who are suckered in by right wing extremists.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Also on the DHS front, Napolitano says that crossing the border from Mexico to America in the middle of the night without a visa is legal.

However, she does blame the border with Canada for allowing the 9/11 hijackers access (a myth that was debunked years ago).

Survey Says...

A report of a “survey” on illegal immigrants, focusing on the huge numbers of children they are spitting out, and how likely they are to live in poverty.

One number I did not see listed is the number of illegal immigrants who are criminals. That would be 100%. Why, you ask? Because, despite the garbage they spew and which the media laps up like good little lapdogs, crossing into our country without legal permission is a violation of a law, making ANYONE who does so a criminal. That is kind of the reasoning behind the term illegal immigrant. Because they are both. I don’t care what they want you to call them. Look up the definitions. They are simply trying to deflect the fact that they are criminals.

Feeling Bad for Illegal Immigrants

This is a story on cnn.com that tries to garner sympathy for illegal immigrants who came here years ago to steal jobs, and are now facing few prospects for illegal employment due to the economy. The focus is on a man who is returning to Guatemala after being here illegally for four years. CNN dutifully recounts his sad tale of being away from his family and how he now regrets coming here.

Are you kidding me?

I don’t even know how to respond to this drivel. The world has turned completely upside down.

Let’s talk about the bad economy while noting that illegal immigrants from Mexico exported $25 Billion last year out of our country back to their homes, and that was a drop from the previous year. By the way, it was the first drop in the 13 years it’s been tracked. Money stolen from America is Mexico’s second largest source of foreign money.
